Twin Anchors Houseboats also known as Shuswap Lake Vacations Inc. is Canada’s largest houseboat company. Located in the premier destination of Shuswap Lake, there are 1100 km of shoreline for guests to explore while they relax from a houseboat. We operate out of Old Town Bay Marina – the largest marina on Shuswap lake – and are surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. Working in Sicamous, BC places you in the perfect location for after work adventures and summer fun!

Our company goal is to provide excellent service, support, and an amazing experience, to our guests. We want everyone to create lasting memories during their time with Twin Anchors. Therefore we’re always looking for members to join our crew, who will provide excellent service, and create a fun and positive atmosphere, for both the guests and their fellow employees. “Living the Dream” has become a common mantra for the attitude of our crew, as we hope that everyone has a fun experience and that all our guests find their dream vacation aboard a Twin Anchors houseboat.

Twin Anchors staff housing is a beautiful 2km down the road from twin anchors marina. Each staff member is gifted with a bike to use for the season to get to work each day. However, as its a one way road on the way to marina which passes staff housing managers and other staff members will frequently stop at housing to offer staff a ride.

Discounts on housing, gym memberships, staff events, BBQ boat cruises, & the local pub. Houseboat discounts for staff during the off-season. As this location is between Revelstoke & Silverstar Ski Resorts many staff will then source their own employment in these ski resorts for the Winter season.
