About The Working Holiday Club Team

Natalie is the Founder and CEO of The Working Holiday Club, as an extensive traveller, she is passionate about providing safe and reliable working holiday experiences for those who use TWHC services. Natalie is responsible for vetting and approving any supplier or employer that works our initiatives.

Jake is the General Manager of The Working Holiday Club and has been there since the launch of the Canadian division. Jake also expanded TWHc into the Japanese market with the launch of the Japow programme and admits he has one of the best ‘jobs’ in the world. Jake fell in love with the snow when he did his first ski season himself back in 2009 working in Guest Services. Since then Jake has never looked back and has been a part of The Working Holiday Club since.

Julia has been with TWHC for 13 years and her role is to make sure you have all the information you need to choose your Canadian employer & be thoroughly prepared for your interview with them. Any questions, just ask as Julia, she has lived and worked in ski resorts for over 25 years!!!

Emma joined the Working Holiday Club in 2010 after spending time living, working and travelling overseas. Emma is responsible for co-ordinating Canada Live, Work & Play candidates from Australia and New Zealand.

Jenna joined our UK based team in 2016 after moving to the UK from New Zealand on a working holiday. Now, she's in Europe and running the desk for our European Canada operations. If you're a Euro planning a working holiday in Canada, Jenna's your go-to person. She'll make sure your trip isn't just a trip – it's an awesome adventure you'll never forget!

John has been with the working Holiday Club since 2009 and is our UK program Manager. John is your man to speak to about signing up on any of our UK programs and will guide you through the process from your initial application through to arrival in the UK.

Jo has been with The Working Holiday Club since its infancy in 2009. She is responsible for design, marketing, and social media content. So if you are a supplier and need your branding well looked after or have content to supply for media, Jo is your best contact.

Nenad is based in the UK and is responsible for looking after the accommodation side of our Jumpstart London program. He organises your accommodation at The Alfred Hitcock hotel and looks after getting you in and out of our shared housing option in London.

Nikki oversees the front of house division at Change Group, our 5-star events employer. She focuses on providing the best teams of staff and support to our clients. Additionally, Nikki works on expanding our client base and finding new and exciting venues and events for you to work at.

Jacqui is the one to talk to if you need help with a UK work visa. She has 15 years of experience working for the British High Commission, so she's the perfect person to coordinate your visa application if you're coming to the UK.

At TWHC, Tijana makes your dreams of working holidays in Canada a reality! She is passionate about sharing her experiences and travels in Canada after participating in the TWHC program and working both winter and summer seasons in Whistler.

With over 10 years experience in the travel industry and 32 countries travelled, Georgia went through TWHC in 2016 for summer & winter seasons. The living and working in Banff Canada for 2 years was her favourite holiday by far! As your Canada Programs Specialist, she will support you in the process to experience this trip of a lifetime too!

Is part of the Visa team and will assist you with any questions you may have regarding your UK Working Holiday Visa Application.

Jelena is part of the property team at LHA London - she takes care of our London city rooms. Providing affordable accommodation to students & young people from around the world.

Jason has been working with our team since 2015. He is responsible for web content or any technical issues with our website. Should you have any issues with our site, Jason is your best contact.

Glenn joined The Working Holiday Club team in 2012 and is a qualified chartered accountant. Glenn is responsible for all accounts and payments.

Emily is part of the Change Group and purely focuses on the onboarding for candidates joining the 5 star event job from TWHC. She will be your main point of contact for your initial Zoom meetings, getting you set up on Rota and assisting with any questions.

Sami is your UK Arrivals Coordinator. She's here when you arrive and will be your go-to person in the UK for advice and support. Australian born and raised, Sami made the move to London herself last year and is now excited to help you make your UK transition as smooth as possible. Whether it's help with jobs, accomodation or general questions about life in the UK - she's got you covered!

Tim comes with a career spanning over two decades in hospitality and recruitment, he is thrilled to bring his expertise to The Working Holiday Club as part of a game-changing collaboration that's set to redefine your UK adventure! He is not only expanding our UK Live-in job offerings but also rolling out specialised online training for travellers.
