
Our Live-In Hotels are a unique collection of award-winning country houses and spa hotels located throughout the UK and the Channel Islands. Each Hotel is different – from listed buildings with historical significance and original features to beach front resort style properties in the Channel Islands.
Each of the hotels have their own story to tell which make them the characterful and charming venues they are today, some with tales of royal owners and famous guests and others steeped in history.
Interviews for Live-in hotel jobs are conducted 2 months Zoom job interview with the live-in hotels HR team. You may also be required to have a secondary interview with your live-in hotel manager.
To be eligible for a live-in hotel job, you must be able to commit to 3-12 months plus. If you cannot commit to working for at least 3 months, you will not be eligible for a live-in hotel placement.
For live-in housekeeping roles you must have at least 6 months previous housekeeping experience working in a 5* hotel or similar venue. For the front of house hospitality roles you must have at least 6 months of previous hospitality experience working in a 5* hotel or similar venue. No previous experience? Why not start with Jumpstart London and work with our hospitality events team in the central London 5* hotels - get your 6 months of 5* hospitality experience and then make the switch to the live-in hotel program once you’re qualified.
All staff are provided with live-in onsite staff accommodation, charged between £48-87/week depending on the location. All rooms are single rooms (unless travelling as a couple - then a double room is provided). Rent includes all bills, free Wifi & 3 meals per day. Staff also have use of the hotel facilities during time off.
All job contracts are full time contracts. Wages start from £13/hour + tips and tronc. Staff also get a portion of the service charge added to their pay packet.
All staff are provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. There is also a staff kitchen with cooking essentials incase you want to prepare your own food on top of this too.
There are 17 hotels located on mainland England. Hotels are located in South East and South West England, the Midlands and Cheshire and Yorkshire. These hotels recruit year round.
There are 5 hotels located in the Channel Islands and these hotels offer seasonal placements. To be eligible for work in these locations you need to commit to the full summer season which runs from May through until September. Locations in the Channel Islands include Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney and a £500 bonus is offered to all staff here on completion of their contracts.

Payment in full is due within 30 days of deposit payment. However, we understand that some may need payment plans, which can be made available upon request.
Your employment contract will include the job you have been qualified for, the location and the start date.
Our hotel offers affordable live-in staff housing starting at £35 per week for a single room with an ensuite. You can find more information about it in your job contract.
To be eligible for extended travel, you must work for at least six months. You can take short breaks with the holiday pay you've earned.

All of our hotels all of five-star quality catering for executive quest, the hotels are generally remote. The environment would attract outdoors in nature lovers opposed to individuals who like the nightlife. Towns and cities or within taxi rides from the hotels.
They all availabilities for friends and partners highly likely to be more available in the Channel Islands and Guernsey. Job offers are only provided by still on the available room configuration. Is there is only a single room available then only one person can be hired.
