Nestled in the majestic Southern Alberta Rockies, Castle Mountain Resort (CMR) is one of Canada’s hidden gems for winter adventure. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service while preserving the natural beauty and community spirit that define Castle. Whether it’s in the lift operations, ski patrol, food & beverage, or lodging departments, working at Castle means becoming part of a close-knit mountain family.

CMR offers subsidized on mountain housing for staff. Staff housing is apartment style, with shared bedrooms.

Castle Mountain has one legendary pub (T Bar Pub)

Castle’s history comes alive before your eyes, in the T-Bar Pub. From serving as Castle’s maintenance shop in the early 70’s to acting as the rental shop from the late 70’s through to the late 90’s, when it was finally converted into a pub, this building has been part of Castle’s fabric since nearly the very beginning, all the way back in 1966.

The T-Bar Pub has seen several renovations including an expansion in 2009 and a back-of-house and bar area renovation in 2019 but this building retains its character. Any visitor to our resort does themselves a great disservice by skipping out on a visit to the T-Bar.

You will receive a free ski pass with your employment contract.

From CALGARY – Generally speaking, we’re 2.5 hours away from Calgary, depending your routing, road conditions, and where you start your journey. Guests coming from Calgary have a couple of options.

Summer employment opportunities are not available. However, you may be asked if you would like to return the following winter season.
