Are you looking for an Accounts Assistant role?

The Finance team working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday ( flexible) between the hours of 9am – 5.30pm. This may change when deadlines need to be met.

To be an Accounts Assistant you will need experience in similar accounts roles or relevant Hotel experience to include cash ups and banking duties and/or a relevant qualification.

The Accounts Assistant will undertake administrative duties required to operate all aspects of our  Hotels Channel Islands Finance function within Guernsey & Alderney, As this is a multi-site role some Bailiwick travel may be required

Duties will include:

  • Reconciling Daily Revenue & daily banking’s, petty cash
  • Accounts payable, Invoices Statements and supplier queries
  • Accounts receivable, customer invoices & queries, payment reconciliation
  • Month end stock control and ledger accounts

You will work alongside one of our Finance team members, so training and guidance can be provided to help you settle in to your role, learn our computerised systems and for advice as and when queries arise.What’s in it for you:

  • You’ll ideally have some experience working in a similar role and a finance qualification is desirable
